Every 3 years, the OWC offers inspiring presentations and forums on organic farming. The OWC aims to offer solutions and alternative to golbal challenges faced by the organic sector. For this edition on the theme “FROM ITS ROOTS, ORGANIC INSPIRES LIFE”, there will be 3 plenary conferences, 6 thematic forums around #organic, 19 workshops led by players in the sector, as well as 2 days of pre-conferences before the Congress opens.

Jean-François MORIN, Director of Innovation at Eurofins, pilot of the TOFoo project will speak on the subject: “A multi-technical initiative to authenticate analytically organic food products: the True Organic Food (TOFoo) project”.
