The partners

Eurofins, whose origins lie in authenticity testing over 30 years ago, is proud to lead this cutting-edge scientific project to ensure the integrity of organic food production. . TOFoo is being conducted in collaboration with five industrial partners from the agri-food, laboratory analysis and digital sectors, as well as four academeic institutions :

• analytical instruments companies (Thermo Fisher Scientific et Myriade);
• digital company (Atol C&D);
• agri-food company (Bonduelle);
• academic institutions (GEPEA and CEISAM laboratories at the University of Nantes, the UniLaSalle Polytechnic Institute and the Groupe de Recherche en Agriculture Biologique).

The Sector Council

In addition, beside the partners, the Sector Council, bringing together 14 organic actors, guides the Consortium in its choices, ensuring the R&D work meets the concrete needs of the organic sector stakeholders.
